Meet Matt Isaac

Matt Isaac, Principal of Uplift Grant Solutions, brings over 25 years of strategic development expertise to nonprofit organizations, having secured more than $100 million in grants and contracts through his consultancy work. His methodology focuses on building long-term funding while working closely with organizational leadership to expand programs, develop strategic partnerships, and successfully navigate complex funding landscapes.

Matt's extensive experience spans grant support across diverse sectors including human and social services, education and workforce development, public facilities and infrastructure improvements, senior services, Community Action Agencies, faith-based organizations, homelessness prevention and housing assistance, affordable housing, youth development, child welfare and family services, immigrant assistance, as well as media productions and arts initiatives.

As a member of the Grant Professionals Association and alumnus of Foundation Center training programs, Matt's strategic approach to grant writing, prospect research, and relationship building has consistently delivered measurable growth for organizations seeking to scale their community impact.

His nonprofit experience includes leadership roles as Executive Director, Program Director, and Development Officer, along with board service and founding a 501(c)(3) organization.

He holds a Master's degree in Communication from The New School in New York City.
